How it ends
A retainer should have a door on the far side.
Most retainers fail the same way: month one is great, month five is a check you can't explain. So we put the end state in writing before we start. When the foundations are in, the engagement steps down - to a lighter advisory arrangement, to your own people running the system, or to done. Your call, and everything we built stays working either way.
Pricing is a conversation, not a rate card.
Scope depends on team size and how far you want to go. The assessment is where we figure that out together.
